First Step Home Inspection, LLC is  licensed with the State of South Dakota to perform residential home inspections, radon testings, sewer scope inspections, pest inspections and thermal imaging.  We serve most of southeastern South Dakota.

Owner/Manager, Ed Luke is a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. InterNACHI members are required to complete continuing education hours, yearly. Ed has previous work experience in construction, masonry, mechanics and woodworking.
