Home Inspections: Pricing on home inspections is determined by the number of square feet in the home to be inspected. It is also based on whether there are outbuildings you would like inspected. You will be given a full written report of the inspection results, along with photographs and possible videos. We would love to have you contact us to discuss your needs.
Radon Testing: Radon is a naturally-occurring radioactive gas that can cause lung cancer. Radon gas is inert, colorless and odorless. It is naturally in the atmosphere in trace amounts. Outdoors, radon disperses rapidly and, generally, it is not a health issue. Most radon exposure occurs inside homes, schools and work places. Radon gas becomes trapped indoors after it enters buildings, through cracks and other holes in the foundation. Indoor radon can be controlled and managed with proven cost effective techniques. It is good to know your homes level of radon so you can make an educated decision on the need for a mitigation system. If the home already has a mitigation system, you will want to know if it is working effectively. EPA recommends testing for radon every two years. EPA estimates about 21,000 people die each year from radon-related lung cancer. Only smoking causes more lung cancer deaths. Our radon testing monitors are calibrated per EPA regulations, every year. Pest Inspection: We will inspect all the accessible areas for active or past pest (WDO - wood destroying organisms). This can be done, in conjunction, with a home inspection and the results will be in a written report. Call for pricing.
Sewer Scope Inspection: We will make every attempt to video your sewer lateral line, to the city tap, if access is available. You will be given a link to view the entire video along with a written report. This can be done with or without a full home inspection. We will also work with your plumber to identify any problems in your drain line. Call for pricing.
